Processing FAQ
-How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. I am a one woman small business printing, packing, and shipping all orders by myself. While I stive to provide quick customer service, I also strive to provide quality service to each and every one of my customers. Please allow me the time needed to provide you with the amazing product and service you deserve!
In the instance of heavily increased site traffic and orders, order processing time may increase. Should processing time increase higher than the previously stated 5 days, that will be communicated to all customers.
Shipping FAQ
-What will I have to pay for shipping?
My shop has three different flat shipping rate options for all orders shipped within the US. Customers may choose whichever shipping option they prefer from those listed below:
*Economy Shipping has a flat rate of $2 and a delivery estimate of 5-8 business days.
*Standard Shipping has a flat rate of $4 and a delivery estimate of 3-4 business days.
*Express Shipping has a flat rate of $8 and a delivery estimate of 1-2 business days.
-How will I know my order is on its way?
All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using the First Class Mail service and receive a shipping label. Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email.
If you chose Standard or Express Shipping, your order will also include a USPS tracking number that will allow you to track your package on its way to you.
Economy Shipping does not include USPS tracking but you will still receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed.
-How long does shipping take?
Delivery estimates for each shipping option are as follows:
*Economy Shipping has a delivery estimate of 5-8 business days.
*Standard Shipping has a delivery estimate of 3-4 business days.
*Express Shipping has a delivery estimate of 1-2 business days.
Once your order has been accepted by USPS I have no control over the time it takes for your order to reach you. Please reach out to USPS directly with any questions regarding delivery. If it has been more than 14 days and you still have not received your order please email me at jazz@jazzcostickers.com.
-Do you ship internationally?
Currently I am only shipping to the US; however, I plan to open my shop up to international customers soon as well. If you have a specific country you would like my shop to sell in, please email me at jazz@jazzcostickers.com.
Product FAQ
-How are your stickers made?
All stickers available in my shop are made with water resistant matte vinyl sticker paper and laminated for guaranteed protection.
-Can I put my stickers in the dishwasher?
For optimal durability and the longest lasting results, please hand wash only.
-Do you accept custom orders?
At this point I currently have four custom sticker products available in my shop:
1. Custom Name Sticker Pack: Custom name sticker design with two colors of your choice. Includes 1 large sticker, 2 medium stickers, and 6 small stickers.
2. Large Custom Name Sticker: Custom name sticker design with two colors of your choice. Includes 1 large sticker.
3. Custom Text Stickers: Your choice of custom text with 3 different font styles and 4 color options to choose from.
4. Custom Photo Sticker: Your photos- as stickers! Submit your own photos that you want transformed into custom stickers.
